Hello my name is Charlotte!

I am the Setting Manager here at Little Squirrels Play Forest. I have worked at little squirrels for almost many years now and love working here because I am passionate about supporting children in their early years to learn and grow into their own unique, amazing characters. I love that Little Squirrels Play Forest puts the child at the centre of everything we do and values children’s individual learning journeys, offering a homely, open-ended and nurturing environment for children to explore their interests. I feel so lucky to be a part of this special life stage. I love learning about child development and through my time at little squirrels I have been supported to complete my Childhood and Youth studies degree as well as my training to become an Early Years Teacher.

In my spare time I enjoy baking yummy treats for my friends and family and going on adventures with my partner to explore new places around the UK. I also have a Crazy cockapoo called Daisy. I love to teach her new tricks, take her for muddy walks and of course snuggle up on the sofa to watch a good film (especially a cheesy Christmas film!).
